2. Price

The price of each plan is on the pricing page. All prices shown include tax. Charges are per land, and do not change with the number of people in it.

Beyond that, the cost of your internet connection is yours to bear. There is no signup fee and no setup fee.

3. How and when you pay

• Payment method: credit card. The Business plan can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
• Timing: the first period is charged when you sign up. After that it renews automatically on the same date each month for monthly plans and each year for yearly plans, charged in advance for the period that follows.
• For invoices: please transfer by the end of the month following the month the invoice was issued. Transfer fees are yours to bear.

4. When it becomes available

Immediately once payment goes through. Nothing is shipped to you.

5. Stopping and refunds

There is no cancellation process. Stop the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, after which you return to the Free plan. Nothing in the land is deleted; only the range you can see narrows.

Because the Service is usable immediately, we don’t refund the remaining days when you stop partway through a period. The same goes for yearly plans. That said, if the Service was unavailable for a long stretch because of something on our side, please get in touch and we’ll work it out individually.

6. What you need to use it

An internet connection and a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. There is no software to install.
