All prices include tax. Plans belong to a land, so you switch from that land’s settings. Payment happens on Stripe’s screen — card numbers never pass through Scrand.

In Scrand, a team assembles as fast as you can type email addresses. Put a per-seat price on that and every invitation becomes a question of whether this person is worth the money. The people whose voices you most need end up not being invited. So the price is fixed at one land.

Stop paying and nothing is deleted.
When payment stops, you go back to free. Writing stops, but every card, note, and image you added is still there and still readable. Even if you’re over the member limit, nobody is removed from the team. Pay again and your past sprints are back immediately.
Common questions
- Does it cost more as the team grows?
- No. The price is set per land, and it’s the same however many people stand around it. You shouldn’t have to think about headcount and money when inviting someone.
- What if I want a second team?
- Free covers one land that you created. Lands you were invited to never count, however many there are. The second one you create needs the Team plan. Plans belong to lands, so you can leave the first one on free and pay only for the new one.
- Do I need a credit card to try it?
- No. While you create a land and run your first sprint, everything is open to the same extent as the Team plan. Close it, read the report, and decide then whether to keep going.
- Are any features locked on the free plan?
- None. The board, retrospectives, reports, embedded video, and connecting Claude or Codex all work on free. What you run out of is storage, how far back you can look, and how many teams you run.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. You go back to free, and you can see the last 3 sprints. Even with 20 people, nobody is removed, and everything still there is still readable. Pay again and the past comes back immediately.
- Is there a cancellation process?
- You just stop paying. No contacting support, no screen trying to talk you out of it. If you don’t need the land itself anymore, whoever created it can delete it.
- What if we go past 20 people?
- Scrum assumes 10 or fewer, so if you’re that far past it, splitting into separate lands tends to work better. If your company runs several at once, the Business plan shows them together.
- How can I pay?
- By credit card. The Business plan can also be paid by invoice (bank transfer). All prices shown include tax.
