Privacy Policy

1. What we keep

These are the only things the Service stores.

• What’s in a land: sprints, cards, the backlog, team names and capacity, notes, retrospective stickies — everything people type in.
• Images and video attached to bodies: the files themselves. They are stored on Cloudflare R2.
• Who you are: the email address you logged in with, and the display name made from it. There are no passwords, so we don’t hold any.
• Which lands you opened: the land ID and the time, used for the “recently opened” list.
• Login state: the session’s expiry, plus the IP address and browser type at the time it was issued.
• Page views: the URL of the page opened, where you came from, country and region, device and browser type, and the names of actions such as “pressed a button” or “tried to log in”. None of it is tied to a name or an email address. No cookies are used, and the hint used to tell one visitor from another is discarded after 24 hours. Land IDs and anything you typed into search are stripped before sending.

2. What we don’t collect

• No advertising identifiers, and nothing that matches your behavior against other sites.
• No identity documents, and no payment information.
• No passwords, because there are none. We don’t ask for your legal name either — the name shown to your team is one you choose.

3. What it’s used for

What we keep is used only to run and improve the Service: drawing the board, keeping you logged in, emailing login codes, investigating defects, and counting which screens get read and where people get stuck so we know what to fix. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold to third parties.

4. Who can see it

This is the most important part of the Service, so it’s spelled out.

• What’s in a land: only the person who created it and people who logged in with an invited address can open it. To anyone who merely knows the URL, that land comes back as if it does not exist.
• Invited email addresses: kept in order to bring people onto a team. Who invited whom, at which address, and on what date is shown on that land’s team screen. It disappears when the invitation is revoked or when the person joins.

Images and video attached to bodies are the exception. They are served from public Cloudflare R2 URLs, so anyone who knows a file’s URL can open it from outside the team. Please don’t attach files you don’t want seen.

5. Where it’s stored

• Land contents and identity information: the Service’s database (Turso).
• Images and video: Cloudflare R2.
• Running and serving the app: a cloud hosting provider.
• Page views: the same provider that runs and serves the app.

These providers are subcontractors used to run the Service. Storage may be located outside Japan.

6. How long it’s kept

What’s in a land stays until it is deleted. Deleting a land removes the sprints, cards, notes, and retrospectives inside it in a way that cannot be undone.

Images and video removed from a body remain in storage (R2), so that work in progress can be brought back. If you want something deleted entirely, please contact us at the address below.

Page views are kept in daily aggregate form for 12 months and then removed. The hint used to tell one visitor from another is discarded after 24 hours, before it ever reaches that aggregate.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookie that keeps you logged in and the one that remembers the language you chose. We also count which pages get read, but that doesn’t use cookies (see “1. What we keep”). There are no advertising cookies.

8. When you connect outside tools

If you connect tools such as Claude or Codex over MCP, the contents of a land are passed to the tool you connected. What that tool stores is governed by its provider’s own terms. Whether to connect is your choice.

9. Requesting disclosure or deletion

To request disclosure, correction, or deletion of information about you, please contact us at the address below. We’ll confirm your identity and respond in accordance with the law.
